HOW TO ACCESS VOICEMAIL FOR YOUR XFINITY

VOICE SERVICE

BY PHONE:

1. From your home phone, dial *99 and follow the recorded instructions.

2. From any other phone, dial your home phone number, press # when your greeting begins,

then enter your password.

visit comcast.com/help and search for “Set Up Voicemail.”

ONLINE:

1. Visit xﬁnity.com and click Voicemail.

• If you have XFINITY

Internet, log on with your User Name (Comcast ID) and Password.

• If you don’t have XFINITY Internet, enter your 10-digit phone number and Password

to log in.

HOW TO SET UP READABLE VOICEMAIL

1. Sign in to xﬁnity.com with your Comcast ID and Password.

2. Go to the Preferences tab in XFINITY

Connect, then press the Voice icon.

3. Click Readable Voicemail Notiﬁcations, then enter the email address where you want to

receive your voicemail transcripts, click Add and check Send Transcripts Via Email.
